摘要
目的 :探讨造成剖宫产术后晚期产后出血原因及预防方法。方法 :通过收集近 5年来在我院产科发生及由下级医院转来的剖宫产术后晚期产后出血 2 2例临床病历进行回顾性综合分析。结果 :因剖宫产术后子宫切口坏死、感染、部分裂开 2 0例 ,合并胎盘胎膜残留 1例 ,合并产后子宫收缩乏力 1例 ,其中 15例切口裂开位于子宫切口角部 ,5例位于子宫切口中央 ,13例行全子宫切除术 ,4例行子宫次全切除术 ,保守治疗 5例。 2 2例患者均治愈。结论 :对于剖宫产术后晚期出血 ,重在预防 。
Objective: To explore the cause and the preventive methods for late postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section. Methods: We made retrospective analysis for 22 cases of patients which in our hospital and came from junior hospital. Results: For all these patients ,there were 20 cases of patients had incision necrosis, infection and part dehiscence because of cesarean section. I case compound with placenta and fetal membranes residue. I case compound with hypotonic uterine dysfunction. The patients with incision necrosis lied at uterus incision angle were 15 cases. The patients with incision necrosis lied at uterus incisio central were 5 cases. We made hysterectomy for 13 cases of patients, part hysterectomy for 4 cases of patients. We made conservative treatment for 5 cases of patients. Conclusion: The pivot therapy for late postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section was prevention ,the prevention and treatment was needed for this disease.
