THE DETERMINATION OF THE ELECTRON TEMPERATURE AND ELECTRON DENSITY OF LASER PLASMA FROM THE EMISSION SPECTRA

摘要 本文研究以Ar为缓冲气体,用Nd:YAG激光烧蚀固体表面的等离子体。用光学多道分析仪测量了等离子体的时间分辨发射光谱,用一组MnI谱线的相对强度计算了激光等离子体的电子温度,根据MgI和AlI谱线的Stark展宽计算了等离子体的电子密度。 The plasma produced by Nd: YAG laser ablation of solid surface with Ar buffer gas is investigated.The time resolved emission spectra from the plasma is measured with an optical multichannel analyzer. The electron temperature of the plasma is determinated from relative intensities of MnI spectral lines. The electron temperatures 13000 7700K for Aluminum sample and 9600-6400K forMagnesium sample are obtained within1 to 10μs time delay after the laser shots.The electron densities of the plasma are calculated from the Stark broadening of Mg I and Al I spectral lines,and ne=1×1017~8×1015/cm3 are obtained within 1 to 10μs time delay after the lasr shots.
