目的 探索先进适用的医疗质量评价方法 ,提高医院医疗质量管理水平。方法 现代医院管理理论与方法、计算机网络技术和统计学法。结果 ①现代医院医疗质量管理理论的应用 ,包括医院全面质量管理、持续质量改进和ISO90 0 0质量管理体系标准认证。②面向医疗质量评价统计信息的框架是由统计评价和现场评价两部分构成 ,建立了相应的指标体系、标准与评价方法。结论 面向医疗质量评价的统计信息可以作为一种有效的医疗质量管理方法。

Objective Method study on advanced and suitable medical quality assessment, so as to enhance medical quality management in hospitals.Method The theory and methods of modern hospital management, computer network techniques and statistical decision methods.Results ①the application of modern hospital managemnt theory on medical quality Management, including TQM, continuance quality improvement and ISO9000 standard certification. ②the statistical data framework facing medical quality assessment was composed of two parts statistical assessment and on the spot assessment. Corresponding Index system, standard and assessment method were established accordingly. Conclusion the statistical data framework facing medical quality assessment could be a kind of effective method of medical quality management.
