摘要
观察了丹参、三七提取部位丹酚酸B、Rb、Re、Rg对正常大鼠血浆血小板粘聚性及TXA2 、PGI2 的影响。结果表明 :灌胃给药 ,部位Re6 8mg kg、Rg10 8mg kg对ADP诱导正常大鼠血浆血小板聚集的作用显现出明显抑制作用 ;部位Rg10 8mg kg、丹酚酸B4 8mg kg可以明显抑制正常大鼠血浆血小板粘附性 ;部位Rb112mg kg对血小板粘聚性均无明显影响 ;部位丹酚酸B4 8mg kg、Rg10 8mg kg明显降低血浆TXB2 的水平 ,对 6 Keto PGF1α均无明显影响 ;部位Rg10 8mg kg亦明显降低TXB2 6 Keto PGF1α的比值。提示 :推测丹参、三七有效部位丹酚酸B、Rg抑制正常大鼠血浆血小板粘聚性的作用机理可能与抑制TXA2 的合成有关。
We studied the effects of salvianolic acid B(Sa1.B)、Rb、Re and Rg fractions of Danshen or Sanqi on platelet aggregation and adhesion,TXA 2 and PGI 2 in normal rats. The results demonstrated that Re fraction (68mg/kg)and Rg fraction (108mg/kg),given orally,could markedly counteract ADP induced platelet aggregation.Rg fraction (108mg/kg) and Sal.B fraction(48mg/kg) could markedly inhibit platelet adhesion.Rb fraction(112mg/kg) have no effects on platelet aggregation and on adhesion.Rg fraction(108mg/kg) and Sal.B fraction (48mg/kg) could markedly decrease the level of TXA 2,but had little effect on 6 Keto PGF 1α . Moreover, Rg fraction 108mg/kg could decrease the ration of TXB 2/6 Keto PGF 1α ,too. The results suggested that the inhibition effects on platelet aggregation and adhesion of Rg fraction(108mg/kg) and Sal.B fraction(48mg/kg) of Danshen or Sanqi might be closely related to its inhibition effect on the release of TXA 2 in normal rats.
