抗青光眼术后脉络膜脱离的手术治疗

SURGICAL THERAPY OF CHOROIDAL DETACHMENT FOLLOWING ANTI—GLAUCOMA OPERATIONS

本文报道12例抗青光眼术后脉络膜脱离的手术治疗,其中男10例,女2例。年龄在46～68岁。施行单一巩膜切开术5例,巩膜切开合并前房形成术7例。术后随访7例,随访时间2个月～7年,效果满意。并对其诊断和手术治疗进行了讨论。

This paper reports the surgical therapy for choroidal detachment following a ntiglaucoma operations in 12 cases (10males, 2 females). Age ranged between 46-68 years. Of the 12 cases, 5cases underwent simple sclerotomy and 7 the anterior chamber re-formed operation combined with sclerotomy. Satisfactory effect was obtained in all these patients The diagnosis and surgical therapy about this complication are discussed.
