驱蚊香草的组织培养及植株再生研究 被引量:5

摘要 驱蚊香草 (Pelargonium citrosum Vanleenii)引自澳大利亚 ,因其可以分泌一种具有驱蚊功效的成分香茅醛 ,被作为驱蚊植物在西方国家广为栽种。为加速这种植物在我国的推广应用 ,采用植物组织培养方法对其快速繁殖技术进行了研究。结果表明 :外植体启动培养基采用 MS+ 6-BA1.2 m g/ L+ NAA0 .1mg/ L,能取得较好的初分化效果 ,初分化率达 88% ;增殖培养基采用 MS+ 6-BA0 .8m g/ L + NA A0 .1m g/ L ,丛生芽增殖率达 8.5 8倍 ;用 MS+ 6-BA 0 .1mg/ L + NAA 0 .2 m g/ L培养基进行壮苗培养 ;生根培养基为 1/ 2 MS+ NAA 0 .1m g/ L ,生根率达 10 0 %。 Citrosa or mosquito plant (Pelargonium citrosum Vanleenii) is introduced from (Australia.) Such plant is reported to have an ability to produce and secrete citronella oil, a well known mosquito repellent, and therefore is broadly cultivated in Europe, central and south America and Austria. In this article,the rapid propagation of this plant is studied through tissue culture technology. The optimum media are screened out via research on the condition of explant initiation,proliferation as well as rooting culture. Main achievements are as follows: while the axillary buds are used as explants, MS medium supplements with 6-BA1.2 mg/L and NAA 0.1 mg/L is suitable for initiation of such explants. MS medium supplements with 6-BA0.8 mg/L and NAA0.1 mg/L is best for proliferation of bud clusters. After getting stronger in MS medium supplemented with 6-BA0.1 mg/L and NAA0.2 mg/L, the single bud cutted from bud clusters is transplanted to 1/2MS medium supplemented with NAA0.1 mg/L for rooting, and the resultant rooting rate is 100%.
