摘要
分析了大白菜一代杂交种及其亲本早期幼苗的过氧化物酶和酯酶同功酶。发现供试的大白菜12个组合中有10个组合的双亲与一代杂交种的过氧化物酶谱带有明显稳定的区别。9个组合的杂种一代酪酶谱带与亲本有区别。在此基础上,研究建立了用过氧化物酶电泳分析检测大白菜一代杂交种纯度的技术,检测结果与田间鉴定结果基本一致。
The Peroxidase and esterase isozyme patterns of extracts of seedlings from Chinese cabbage F1 hybrid combination were analyzed. The inbred seeds were distinguished from F1 hybrid seeds in 10 of 12 hybrid combinations by their peroxidase isozyme patterns. The esterase isozyme patterns revealed difference between inbreeds and hybrids in all 9 tested hybrid combinations. The extracts prepared from single seeds of 17 seed lots in six varieties were identified using peroxidase isozyme patterns for estimation of genetic punty of hybrid F1. The analysis time was less than 8 hours and the results compared favorably with those obtained from field planting identification for two months.
