摘要
对秋子梨、白梨、砂梨和西洋梨4个种内的167个品种果实维生素C(Vc)含量进行了测定分析,发现秋子梨和西洋梨种内的品种果实Vc含量较高,白梨和砂梨种内的品种果实Vc含量偏低。秋子梨中满园香、龙香、鸭广和兴城谢花甜,西洋梨中伏茄、巴梨、安古列母、圣马丽尼、锦香、武巴、日面红和康佛伦等品种Vc含量高。
Vitamin C (Vc) contents of fruit in 167 varieties of Pyrus ussuriensis, P. bretschneideri,P. pyrifolia, and P. communis were determined in 1987- 1988. The results showed that vitamin C content of fruit in varieties of P. ussuriensis and P. communis is higher than that of P.bretschneideri and P. Pyrifolia. Vitamin C contents in varieties of Manyuanxiang,Longxiang, Yaguang, Xingchengxiehuatian of P. ussuriensis and varieties of Beurre Giffard, Bartlett, Duchess de Angouleme, Butirra Precoce M, Jinxiang, Wuba, Flemish Beauty, Conference of P. communis are relatively high.
