城市交通安全管理的智能决策支持系统探讨

Intelligent Decision Support System (IDSS) in Urban Traffic Safety Control and Management

文章探讨了智能决策支持系统在城市交通安全控制中的应用,提出了一种基于交通地理信息系统的智能决策支持系统结构框架,并根据交通工程学知识,建立了基于知识表示的交通安全控制模型库。叙述了在智能决策支持系统的方法库中融合的完善道路基础设施、交叉口控制、城市交通流诱导系统。

This paper has studied the application of intelligent decision support system (IDSS) in urban traffic safety control and management. Firstly, the framework of IDSS for traffic safety management is put forward based on geographic information system for transportation (GIST). Then, with the knowledge of traffic engineering, especially traffic flow theories and dynamic traffic assignment (DTA), traffic model base on IDSS for safety control is presented. Finally, the paper takes into account general strategies in traffic safety management such as road facilities perfecting, intersection controlling, urban traffic flow guidance system and emergency incident management.
