摘要
寒菊抗寒性比秋菊强,气温-2~-5℃时,秋菊严重冻害,寒菊多数品种仍能正常生长和开花。在同一生长条件下,寒菊比秋菊叶水分含量低2%~3%,可溶糖含量高0.5%~3%,氮含量低0.2%~0.5%,钾含量高0.16%~0.40%。这是寒菊抗寒性优于秋菊的重要生理因素。秋、寒菊磷、锌含量差异不显著,秋菊铁、锰元素含量均高于寒菊。
Thewinter chrysanthemum was superior to the autumn chrysanthemum in cold resis-tance. The autumn chrysanthemum was chilled at -2^-5℃, but the winter chrysanthe-mum could grow and bloom normally. Water content of the winter chrysanthemum was 2~ 3 percent less than that of the autumn chrysanthemum; content of soluble sugar was 0.5~3 percent higher; nitrogen was 0.2~0.5 percent less, and potassium was 0.16~0.40 percent higher. The content of water and nitrogen was less, but sugar and potassium were higher in the winter chrysanthemum, and these were important physiological factors for its cold re-sistance more excellent than the autumn chrysanthemum.
Phosphorus and zinc contents in the winter and autumn chrysanthemum didn't differ significantly. Iron and manganese contents in the winter chrysanthemum were 14% and 7% less than those inthe autumn chrysanthemum, respectively.
