摘要
研究了我国主产芒果紫花芒(Mangifera indica L.)的低温贮藏、冷害及其生理生化反应。结果表明,2℃贮藏15天、5℃贮藏34天表现冷害症状;高于8℃未发现冷害。11℃贮藏20天后,开始启动成熟。低温明显地抑制果实的呼吸作用和乙烯释放,从而延迟成熟。果实受冷害后果皮细胞膜透性增大,呼吸作用异常升高,果皮ACC(1-氨基环丙烷羧酸)及多胺含量增加。
Low-temperature storage, chilling injury, some physiological and biochemical re-sponses of‘Zi Hua’ mango (Mangifera indica L. ) were studied. The results indicated that mango started injury at 2℃ in 15 days and 5℃ in 34 days, and the chilling injury was not found at 8℃ during storage. The post-ripening started slowly after 20 days at 11℃. Cool temperature significantly lowered respiration rate and ethylene production of mango fruits and extended its storage life. Higher permeability in skin and respiration rate was observed after chilling. Chilling injury also induced the increases of ACC and polyamine levels in man-go skin tissues.
