多效唑在唐菖蒲组织培养中的作用 被引量:40

摘要 在MS+蔗糖60g/kg的固体培养基中加入不同浓度的多效唑(PP333),对组培唐菖蒲球茎形成有不同程度的促进作用,其中浓度为30mg/kg的球茎形成较早;浓度为3和10mg/kg的形成球茎较大。在多效唑10mg/kg的培养基上,接种芽的长度不同对球茎形成也有影响,3~5cm的芽球茎形成较早;太长的芽,球茎形成反而推迟。活性炭对多效唑有明显吸附作用,不仅球茎形成推迟,球茎鲜重也下降。 Paclobutrazol at different concentrations improved gladiolus corm formation obviously when the shoots were cultured on the solid agar mediums which did not contain any other regulators (MS+sucrose 60g/kg). Corms formed earlier on the medium which contained 30mg/kg paclobutrazol, and corms formed larger when paclobutrazol was at 3~10mg/kg. Different length of shoots had some effect on corm formation when the shoots were cultured on the same medium which contained 10 mg/kg paclobutrazol. The inoculated shoots at 3~5cm formed earlier and larger, too long shoots delayed corm formation relatively. Active carbon had absorption effect on paclobutrazol obviously. It delayed corm formation and reduced fresh weight of corm.
