摘要
随2年生兴津温州密柑(CitrusunshiuMarc.)枳砧盆栽苗抗寒力的提高,内源精胺(Spm)和亚精胺(Spd)含量均显著增加,腐胺(Put)含量则剧降。当抗寒力达最大时,它们均达到极值.随抗寒力的迅速降低,前两值均回到对照水平,而腐胺只是略有回升。外源Spd处理离体叶片,使其过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性提高、丙二醛(MDA)水平下降、可溶性蛋白质含量增加及其组分改变,导致柑桔离体叶抗寒力增强.
During cold hardiness development of uniform 2-year-old satsuma mandarin potted trees (Citrus unshiu Mare. cv. Kotsu) on trifoliate orange rootstock,endogenous spermine (Spm) and spermidine (Spd) contents increased, putrescine (Put) content, however, dropped dramatically. They all reached to the extreme values;meanwhile, cold hardiness elevated to the highest. While cold hardiness decreased completely, Spm and Spd contents recovered to the levels of the controls, but Put less.Exogenous Spd brought about elevated levels of SOD, POD and soluble protein, but declined MDA, and it also alterated protein-profile; Furthermore, it induced cold hardiness development of detached leaves of citrus.
