摘要 1.坚果含水量是影响呼吸速率的主要因子,呼吸速率与坚果含水量呈指数型相关,含水量8%以下时,呼吸速率较低,变化较小。2.呼吸速率与环境温度呈抛物线型相关,最高值出现在33℃左右。3.不同时期采收的坚果,其呼吸速率有明显差异,与出仁率及种仁脂类含量呈显著正相关。4.不同种及品种的坚果,呼吸速率有明显差异,与坚果缝合线紧密度呈显著负相关. In this experiment the respiratory rates of nuts in English walnut (Juglans regia L.) were studied. The main results were as follows: 1. The moisture content of the nuts was the main factor affecting the respiratory rate. Respiratory rates varied exponentially with moisture content of the nuts. The respiratory rates of nuts were relatively low and varied slightly when the moisture content of kernel was below 8%. 2. There was a parabolic relationship between the respiratory rates and environmental temperatures. The maximum of respiratory rates were at 330170. 3. There were obvious differences in the respiratory rates of nuts at different harvest dates. The respiratory rates of nuts varied positively with the average kernel percentage and the lipid content of the kernel. 4. The respiratory rates of nuts coming from different species or varieties showed great differences and varied negatively with the shell seal grade of nuts.
