摘要 综述了近年来PCR技术在食品检测领域中的具体应用实例和研究进展 ,并对PCR技术在食品检测领域中的应用前景做了展望。 The examples of the application of the PCR technique and the advance in its research in food detection in recent years are reviewed. The prospect of PCR application in food field is made.
