电损毁树鼩视交叉上核对生殖系统的影响

Influence of the Suprachiasmatic Nuclei Isolation in Tree Shrew(Tupaia belangeri chinensis)on Reproductive System

摘要 本文观察了在生殖季节末期和非生殖季节末期损毁视交叉上核(SCN)的25只树性腺和附性器官重量及组织学的变化。发现损毁树SCN不影响动物体重;在生殖季节末期损毁树SCN,未见影响性腺和附性器官重量变化,但观察到其在组织学水平上不衰退;在非生殖季节末期损毁树SCN,未见影响性腺和附性器官重量变化,但观察到其在组织学水平上提前恢复。 Effect were studied in 25 tree shrew after SCN isolation on the weight andhistological changes of the reproductive system in the end of breeding season and unbreed-ing season. The results showed that destruction of SCN in tree shrew had no any influenceon body weight.In the end of breeding season destruction of SCN in tree shrew didn′t ob-serve the influence on the weight changes of the gonads and accessory organs,but ob-served that had no regression on the gonads accessory weights on histology.In the endunbreeding season,destruction of SCN in tree shrew didn′t observe the influene on theweight changes of gonads and accessory organs,but observed that recovery of the gonadsand accessory organs on histology.
