摘要
通过分析农业院校生产实习依托企业的改制对生产实习教学带来的影响,从企业改制前后的校企关系、资金、人员、管理几方面进行综合对比,针对改制给农业高校生产实习带来的影响提出对策建议。
This article discuss the differences between reformed enterprise and non-reformed enterprise, analyses the influence of enterprise reform on the fieldwork teaching in aspects of relationship between enterprise and university, financial assistance, employee and management. As a conclusion, the article gives suggestions about how to counter the changes and improve the quality of fieldwork teaching in the future.
