三峡首套导流底孔弧形工作门制造中的监理质量控制

SUPERVISORY QUALITY CONTROL FOR MANUFACTURIE OF THE SEGMENTAL SERVICE GATE FOR BOTTOM DIVERSION OF TGP

在三峡大坝和电站厂坝二期工程的泄洪坝段导流底孔弧形工作门的金属结构设备制造过程中 ,监造监理工程师按照监理合同、设计图纸及相关的规范、规程的要求 ,对弧形表面非机加工的弧形工作门表面的制造质量进行了评价 ,对制造难度和监督制造质量的经验进行了总结 ,以便为大型工程的金属结构设备制造提供参考。

In the course of manufacturing the metallic structure of the segmental service gate to be installed at the bottom diversion outlet in the Phase II construction of the TGP, the supervisory engineers, in pursuance of the contract, design drawings and relevant codes, control the process by evaluating the quality and difficulty degree in manufacturing the surface of the segmental gate, which is non-mechanically engineered. The authors summed up some experiencs in relation to quality supervision and intended to provide references for manufacturing metallic structures of large-size projects.
