摘要
文章认为加强项目管理 ,必须建立规范完善的管理制度 ,抓好四个关键环节 ,并推行激励机制 ,才可能在提高经济运行质量上取得明显的成效。
ln this article the author considers that during tightening up the management of projects, the executives should focus on laying down perfect regulation system, paying special attention to the four steps and pushing forward encouragement system. Then they will achieve tangible result of fostering higher economic benefits.
