摘要
建设工程防洪影响评价应主要从两方面考虑。结合工程实例,在水文分析基础上,采用模型试验和经验公式,对送电线路工程与行洪间的相互影响进行分析评价。2003年淮河洪水实测资料验证了早期完成的防洪影响评价有关结论的合理性。
First of all indicates flood control impact assessment for construction project respond mostly from both side proceed with. At the foundation of hydrological analysis,this paper evaluates the interaction between power transmission line and row flood through model experiment and empirical formula. In the flood control impact assessment aforetime finished,some concerned conclusion has been verified by Huaihe River flood data in 2003.
