锅炉汽包差压水位计测量误差分析及处理

Treatment Method and Analyzing of Measure Tolerance about Drum Differential Pressure Water Level Gauge of Boiler

针对汽包差压水位计测量误差大使汽包水位自动及保护装置不能正常投用问题,对引起测量误差的机理进行探讨。分析认为测量装置取样不合理及平衡容器水温未进行修正是测量误差大的主要原因,并提出处理的对策。减小了汽包差压水位计测量误差。

The defects that the measure error of drum differential pressure water level gauge can't put the equipment of automation and protection into use normally,after analyzing the mechanism of measure error,The author believe that there are two main reasons,one is irrational sampling of equipment,the other is that temperature of water in the container is not corrected properly,and also brings up a treatment suggestion.The measure error of drum differential pressure water level gauge is reduced now.
