This article investigated the development of technical innovation from the view of humanistic spirit. It indicated that, technical innovation should develop with the changing times under the direction of humanistic spirit, to promote all-round development of our society in knowledge economy era. The ecological diversion of technical innovation pursued the balance of natural ecology and the harmony of social ecology, which embody the concern of humanistic spirit. So it must have strong vitality. At the same time, it promoted and created the humanistic spirit full of our era character.
