摘要
本文用技术经济动态复利公式分析了房地产价格评估收益还原法公式的由来。用效用理论分析了房地产投资的风险,讨论了风险选择、风险修正、风险评估的方法。
According to dynamic mcthods of techn-economics,the formulas for methodof income approach on real estate appraisal were discussed.With effectiveness theory,theinvestment risk of real estate was analysed,and the methods of risk selleetion,risk correc-don andhskcvaluation werediscussed。
