摘要
顾客满意度是质量管理中的方法和思想,在教学质量测评中应用这一理念,并结合统计方法,从学生满意度和教师满意度两个维度建立了教学满意度模型的测评体系,最后进行了实证与综合评价。
The article uses the CSD including in quality management field to estimate the teaching quality; moreover, with the application method of statistics, the article tests and verifies the models, and finally gives us a compositively evaluation.
