摘要
只凭学生的自主学习是不足以提高学习工作效率的。学习本身的竞争以及自我表现的机会,才是现代学生所喜好的。教育的综合激励是采用某种方式激发学生具有的激发者所期望的动机,使其朝着这种动机的方向发展的过程。
It is not enough to improve the efficiency of study by students' activeness soly, what mordern student are fond of are studying competition itself and opportunity of self-performance. Educational motivication of multi-aspects is a process which stimulates intendancy of students themselves that educators anticipate through certain means and makes them develop toward this very direction.
