According to the basic characters of small and middle-sized real estate enterprises and the char-acteristics of development strategy for small and middle-sized real estate enterprises,this paper provides strategies in aspects of personnel,brands,personalization and resource reserve,and the ways to imple-ment these strategies are also put forward.
