摘要
本文从登岛作战军交保障的特点入手,研究提出了"整体筹划、预有准备、突出重点、加强协同、夺取'制交通权'"的基本原则,重点论述了建立集中统一与适度分散相结合的组织指挥机构,制定多项保障计划及敌岸卸载保障技术手段等相关问题。
Focusing on the characteristics of the military traffic support guarantee in island operation, the paper suggests the basic principles of the whole plan, beforehand preparedness, giving prominence to em phasi, making the cooperation stronger and snatching up 'the control of traffic power'. It further lays an emphasis on discussing some problems in building a commanding organization combining the concentrating unification with the appropriate decentralization, and constituting multinomial support plans and the technical measures in the unloading operation on the coast of the enemy.
