摘要
通过对重庆发电厂发生发电机定子接地故障后保护拒绝动作的分析,指出了该接地保护设计中存在的不足,并提出了改进措施。
This essay displays the shortcomings of the earth-fault protection design by the analysis of the generator refusing to act after the stator’s ground protection break-down, and also the way to better it.
