摘要
目的观察术前口服氟尿苷对胃癌细胞增殖与微血管密度(MVD)的影响。方法采用增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)及Ⅷ因子抗体作病理切片的免疫组化染色,观察60例胃癌患者(分为术前化疗实验组和未化疗对照组,n=30)术后标本的增殖指数及MVD的差异。结果实验组肿瘤细胞增殖指数(38.13±8.53)%,对照组(47.88±8.28)%,差异具有显著性(P<0.01);实验组MVD34.74±7.98,对照组MVD39.92±7.75,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论术前口服氟尿苷可抑制胃癌细胞增殖,降低微血管密度,有利于胃癌的治疗。
Objective To investigate the effect of 5'-DFUR taken orally before operation on cancer cell proliferation and microvessel density (MVD) of gastric carcinoma tissue. Methods 60 patients with gastric carcinoma were divided into experimental group (taking 5'-DFUR orally preoperatively) and control group (without chemotherapy). The cell proliferation index (PI) and MVD of cancer tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry with Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and factor Ⅷ. Results PI and MVD were significantly lower in experimental group than in control group ( P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusions Preoperative chemotherapy with 5'-DFUR is benefit to patients with gastric carcinoma, it can inhibited the cancer cell proliferation and decrease the MVD of cancer tissue. [
