40例老年人血管性痴呆相关因素探讨

The Related Factors of Vascular Dementia in Senior Citizen: A Report of 40 Cases

目的探讨老年人血管性痴呆(VD)与脑卒中的相关性。方法依据头颅CT结果观察40例老年人血管性痴呆患者卒中的次数,部位,性质,病灶数目。结果40例VD患者2次及2次以上卒中36例(90.0%),缺血性卒中35例(87.5%),基底节区及颞叶卒中27例(67.5%),多发病灶36例(90%);全部病例均有脑萎缩。结论VD与卒中次数,性质,部位,病灶数目等密切相关。

Objective To investigate the correlation between vascular dementia (VD) and stroke in senior citizens. Methods 40 old patients were diagnosed as VD, patients who suffered stroke were observed in stroke lesion's times, location, character and quantity according cerebral CT. Results Among 40 cases, 36 cases (90%) suffered stroke two or more time, 27 cases (67.5%) stroke located in basal ganglia area and temporal lobe, 35 cases (87.5%) is cerebral arterial thrombosis and 36 cases (90%) have multiple lesions. All of cases have brain atrophy. Conclusions VD has a close correlation with stroke lesion's times, location, character and quantity.[
