摘要 广东省鹤山市双和公路彩虹岭隧道,长5068m,属特长公路隧道,设计监控系统势在必行,该项目采用方案二,即分布式微机控制系统。计算机系统除完成管理工作外,还对机电设备、环境参数等实现遥控、遥信、遥测。优点比较突出,系统抗干扰能力强、可靠性高;系统采用总线型拓扑结构,只需一根四芯计算机专用电缆或光纤即可;相对而言隧道越长,系统的建设经济指标越低,性能价格比越好,是隧道监控未来发展的方向。但对系统维修人员素质要求较高,需经培训上岗。文中结合以上实例,介绍了公路特长隧道监控系统的设计要点。 Caihonglin Tunnel,located on Shuanghe Highway in the City of Heshan Guangdong province,has the length of 5068 meters, which is categorized as the 'unusual-long' highway tunnel. It is necessary to design and implement highway monitoring system for such type of tunnel. Based on the applicability of the project, Distributed Micro-computer Controlling system (DMC) is adopted. In addition to the routine centralized management, the central computer systems are also responsible for remotely controlling,communicating,and testing the machinery,environmental parameters, etc. A number of advantages are identified with the use of DMC system, such as high resistance to noise interference and high reliability.The strength also encompasses less requirements for external system hardware-a four-cored electrical cable (for computer use only) or an optical fiber is needed. The construction cost goes down with the increase of tunnel length, which suggests better cost-effectiveness.Given those virtues, this type of tunnel monitoring systems are expected to be implemented extensively in the near future.The shortcoming is that the system requires high demands for technician training in terms of system maintenance.The paper chooses this project as a research background,introducing the design knacks and points of highway monitoring system in the unusual-long highway tunnel.
