摘要 对采用732强酸性苯乙烯系阳离子交换树脂作催化剂合成氯乙酸异辛酯进行了实验研究,提出了适宜的反应条件。实验结果表明,该法酯化率高、过程简便、产物颜色浅,优于浓硫酸作催化剂。 Synthesis of 2-ethyihexyl chloroacetate was studied by using catalyst 732-strong acid styrenehomologue cation-exchange resin and the appropriate reacting conditions was put forward. Results showed that thismethod had merits such as high efficiency of esterification,simple operating process and a light coloured product couldbe received. Therefore,it was superior to that when concentrated sulphuric acid was used as catalyst.
