活血通腑方对大鼠术后腹腔粘连的实验研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:观察活血通腑方对大鼠术后血浆纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen ,FIB)及纤维蛋白降解产物(fibrinproteindecompoundproduction,FDP)含量的影响,探讨其防治腹腔粘连机制。方法:12 0只SD雄性大鼠随机分为治疗组、阳性对照组、模型组、假手术组4组,每组30只。分别进行胃内药物灌注,测定1、3、5、7、2 1d的血FIB、FDP含量,观察腹腔粘连情况并进行比较。结果:活血通腑方组降低术后血FIB含量,5、7、2 1d(P <0 .0 1) ;升高术后血FDP含量,3、5、7d(P <0 .0 1) ;降低腹腔粘连级别评分(P <0 .0 1)。结论:活血通腑方能使大鼠术后血FIB降低、FDP升高。 Objective To observe and investigate the therapeutic mechanism of activating cathartic herbs on adhesion of abdominal cavity and concentrations of plasma fibrinogen(FIB) and fibrin protein decompound production(FDP) Methods Abdominal adhesion model was established in SD(male)rats.One hundred and twenty rats were divided equally and randomly into the treatment group(herbs of activating circulation and catharsis),medicine control group(simo soup group),model group,sham operation group,30 rats in each group.Blood FIB and FDP were determined on the 1^(st),3^(rd),5^(th),7^(th),and 21^(st) days.The status of the abdominal adhiesion was observed. Results In the treatment group blood FDP content decreased(P<0.01) on the 5^(th)and 7^(th) and 21^(st)days and the blood FDP content increased on the 3^(rd),5^(th)and 7^(th) days.The severity of abdominal adhesion ameliorated(P<0.01). Conclusion The herbal medicine of activating blood circulation and catharsis can diminish blood FIB contents and increase FBP contents thus to prevent and treat adhesions.
