摘要
本文介绍了改性天然斜发沸石催化α—蒎烯的异构化反应。考察了催化剂用量、粒度、反应时间、反应温度对反应结果的影响。反应结果表明,在最佳工艺条件(反应温度为150℃反应时间2~4h、催化剂用量为2%以上,粒度120~220目)时,茨烯的收率为42%以上。该研究表明,改性天然沸石对α—蒎烯的异物化反应来说,是一种廉价而有效的固体酸催化剂。
A modified Clinoptilolite was used to catalyze the isomerization for α-Pinene.The effect of catalyst and temperature on the alove reation were investigated,and it was found that the optimum reaction condition are reaction temperature 150℃,reaction time 2~4 h,cutalyst amount 2%(wt) or more and catalyst size 120~200 mesh,the yeild of camphone is alout 42%.The results showed that modified clinoptilolite is a lower cost and better acidic solid catalyst for isomerization of α-pinene.
