印渍法对动物血清抗螨抗体的检测

摘要 尘螨浸液经SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳后,转移到醋酸硝酸纤维滤膜上使之固相化。然后,滤膜与各种动物血清的生物制品孵育,並用酶免疫分析法鉴定抗螨免疫球蛋白。本文研究表明:尘螨特异性抗体不仅存在于患者人群中,而且较普遍地存在于马、羊等动物血清的生物制品中。 The mite extract was fractionated by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and then blotted onto acetic nitrocellulose sheets. The sheets were incubated with various products of animal sera and anti-mite globulins were identified by the enzyme immunoassay. The results suggest that the anti-mite globulins were existed not only in mite atopic human serum, but also widly in other animals.
