从网络优化的工程实际出发,阐述中国PAS通信系统的网络组成、技术特点和覆盖的现状.分析PAS网络直放站的工作原理、设备构成、性能参数及特点.提出在网络覆盖优化应用中,PAS直放站的选取原则和基本要求,并举出具体的实际应用案例.

Starting from actual situation of network optimization in engineering, the authors set forth the PAS (personal access system) communications system in our country including its network configuration and technological charactercstics and present coverage; and analyse the repeater of PAS network including its operating principle and equipment constitution and performance parameter and characteristics. In the application of cover optimization of network, the authors put forward also principle and basic requirements for choosing PAS repeater; and enumerate specific cases of application in fact.
