With the development of science and technology,knowledge has become an indispensable resource and the most important driving force of economic development.From the microeconomic viewpoint,the inherent relationship between enterprise technology and knowledge is an unavaidable furdemental problem in knowledge-based management.The paper analyzes the essence of technology as knowledge system submitted to the purpose of practice.It illuminates knowledge structuring and characteristics of technology from the respects of entity,intelligence and process.
