摘要
科技型中小企业有着其特殊的成长发展规律。从创新活动的内容、资金需求和来源、组织结构、风险特征、市场环境这五个方面对其各成长阶段的生命体特征进行分析,期望为科技型中小企业的进一步发展带来积极的作用。
Small & medium-sized technology based enterprises have their own law of development.In order to realize the further development of the small & medium-sized technology-based enterprises,the paper analyzes the life characteristis in various growing periods from five aspects,including innovation,fund demand and sources,organization structure,risk and market climate.
