区域产业布局和城镇化建设从某个角度看,可以说是分别为了追求效率目标和公平目标,它们之间有互动共生的相关性。为衡量评价区域产业布局水平,结合实际分析我国区域产业布局效益的现状,根据区域产业布局效益低下和区域经济严重不平衡发展的事实。
In some degree urbanization and regional industrial layout are made to achieve the objectives of efficiency and fairness,for their interactive relativity.In orde to evaluate the regional industrisl layout,the paper surveys the practical corditians of it in China.The facts of low efficiency and imbalanced industrial layout clarify that urbanization should be an important driving force for regional industrial layout.
