浅议我国银行监管制度的完善

System Completion for Bank Supervision and Administration

银监会成立后,我国的银行监管工作进入了一个新的时期。但是由于历史的原因以及中国银行业本身的局限性,我国在银行监管方面仍面临许多问题。首先对我国银行监管制度的现状与暴露出来的问题进行较为深入地分析,进而就如何改进和加强银行监管工作,完善银行监管制度。

After the founding of China Banking Regulatory Commission,the work of bank supervision and administration has been led into a new phase.Howerer,thanks to historical reasons and the limitations of Chinese banking industry,there still exist many problems in practical work.In view of the current conditions,especially the defects of Chinese banking regulatory system,the paper presents some correspording measures for system completion.
