摘要
我国长期以来的“大而全”“小而全”纵向一体化的生产方式在特殊环境中扮演了其特殊的角色,随着市场经济进程的加快,它的问题日益暴露了出来,如何改革现有生产企业的物流模式,是人们迫切需要解决的问题。针对不同的企业提出了不同的改革思路,分别从实力雄厚的大企业、生产商品属多品种、小批量的生产企业和生产制造、建筑等行业的企业三种类型的企业来分析。
For a long time in china,it plays special roles that the vertical and integrated production mode of'Big and complete'and'small and comprehensive'in the special environment.With the development of market economy,these problems are exposed day by day as to how to reform the logistics modes for manufacturing enterprises now.To different enterprises,this paper brings forward different reform methods,distinguishing among big enterprises,small enterprises and product construction enterprises.It concludes that logistics modes should suit different enterprises for survival and development.
