摘要
目的:寻找一种适合老年人健康锻炼的方法。方法:从1999年6月至2004年6月,对40名长期坚持慢跑的健康老年人跟踪监测了血压、心电图、心阻抗微分图及肺功能,并与38名未参加慢跑及其他体育活动的健康老年入进行了对照分析。结果:发现老年人长期慢跑使左心室射血时间(LVET)延长,射血前期(LPEP)缩短,心率(HR),平均外周动脉压,心电图ST-T异常率、肺气肿发生率降低,每搏量(SV)、心输出量(CO)增加,最大自主通气(MVV)、肺活量(VC)增加;与对照组相比均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:慢跑的运动量及运动强度虽然小,但仍可改善心、肺功能,是老年人很容易接受的最简单易行的运动方式。
Objective:To find a proper exercise method for aged. Methods:The blood pressure, electrocardiogram, impedance cardiogram and pulmonary function of 40 aged maintained jogging from Jun 1999 to Jun 2004 (group A) were examined and compared with those of 38 aged no participate any physical exercise (group B). Results:The left ventricular ejection time (LVEF), stroke volume (SV), cardiac output (CO), maximum voluntary ventilation (MVV), ventilatory capacity (VC) increased (P<0. 05 all); left ventricular pre-ejection period (LPEP), heart rate and blood pressure,incidence of abnormal ST-T and pulmonary emphysema decreased(P<0.05 all) in group A compared with those of group B. Conclusion:Although the exercise intensity of jogging is smaller, but it can improve car-diopulmonary function of aged, so it is proper exercise method for aged.
