ST段水平延长在冠心病诊断中的价值

Effect of prolongation of horizontal ST segment duration on the diagnosis of coronary heart disease

目的:评价ST段水平延长在冠心病中的诊断价值。方法:对32例ST段沿基线水平≥0.12 s组(观察组)和29例ST段<0.12 s组(对照组)的冠状动脉造影结果进行对比分析。结果:两组冠状动脉造影阳性率有显著性差异(P<0.01)。ST段水平延长诊断冠心病的敏感度为90.3%,特异度为86.7%,阳性预测值为87.5%,阴性预测值为89.7%.准确度为88.5%。结论:ST段水平延长≥0.12 s对冠心病有较高的诊断价值。

Objective:To investigate the effect of prolongation of horizontal ST segment duration on the diagnosis of coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods: Relationship of ST duration to the result of coronary angiography was analyzed by comparing the horizontal ST segment duration≥0.12 s group (32 patients) and ST segment duration<0. 12 s group (29 patients). Results: The positive ratio of coronary angiography in ST≥0. 12 s group was much higher than that of control group (P<0. 01), with a sensitivity of 90. 3% , a specificity of 86.7%, a positive prediction rate of 87. 5%, a negative prediction rate of 89. 7%, and accuracy rate of 88. 5%. Conclusion:The horizontal ST segment ≥0.12 s is a good indication for the diagnosis of CAD.
