摘要
针对带微处理器数字电路的测试,提出了一种基于功能测试的可编程的通用存储器仿真测试系统,并对其硬件和软件系统的组成原理和功能作了详细的介绍,成功地实现了对电路板的功能检测和故障定位。
For test of digital circuit with microprocessor, presents a functional test based programmable universal memorizer emulation test system,and a detailed introduction of its hardware and software system is presented, function testing and fault locations on circuits-board with microprocessor are successfully realized.
