摘要
在机械加工过程中,为了安全可靠的生产,对加工过程进行监测和控制是很必要的。本课题就是利用数字信号处理器构建硬件系统实现数控机床切削力在线状态监测,主要完成切削力信号的采集、实时监测和数据后续处理与分析,从而实现对加工过程的实时监控。
In the process of machine manufacture, it is necessary to monitor and control the course of working. Thus it can be safe and reliable to carry through the production. The research of the paper realizes on-line monitoring the cutting force of numerical control machine, which implements using hardware system construct by digital signal processor. It completes the collecting of data, real-time monitoring and subsequent processing and analyzing of cutting force. Thus it realizes real-time monitoring the manufacturing procedure.
