摘要
介绍了Profibus-DP总线技术和特点,设计出了由伺服控制器、S7-300PLC和ProTool组成的基于Profibus-DP总线的伺服控制系统,它具有结构简单、控制方便、维护容易等特点,并介绍了该系统中的伺服控制器和PLC的通讯过程及软件设计。
This article introduces the Profibus-DP technique and its characteristics. Also it introduces the servo control system composed of servo controllers, S7-300 PLC and ProTool which is designed on the basis of Profibus-DP fieldbus. Such system features simple structure, convenient control and easy maintenance, etc. In addition, the software design and the communication process between servo controllers and PLC on this system are introduced.
