摘要
CCD电荷耦合器件是20世纪70年代初发展起来的新型半导体集成光电器件。日前它已成为集光学、电子学、精密机械与计算机技术为一体的综合性技术。它被广泛应用于各种加工件的在线检测和高精度、高速度的非接触检测技术领域。CCD像传感器、光学系统、计算机数据采集和处理系统构成的CCD光电尺寸检测仪器的使用范围和优越性是现有机械式、光学式、电磁式测量仪器都无法比拟的。这与它本身所具有的高分辨率、高灵敏度、像素位置信息强、结构紧凑及其自扫描的特性密切相关。总之,CCD技术是一项很有前景的技术。
The electric charge coupled devices of CCD is a new-type semiconductor integrated photoelectric device developed at the beginning of the seventies of the 20th century. It has already become comprehensive technology into an organic whole at present. It is widely used in online measuring, high-accuracy and high-speed untouched detection technique fields of various kinds of workpieces. The scope of application and the superiority of existing machinery-type, optics-type, electromagnetic-type detecting instrument are not comparable with those of CCD photoelectric size detecting instrument that is made up of CCD picture sensor, optical system, computer data gathering and processing system. These are closely related with the characteristic of high-resolution, high-sensitivity, strong picture element position information, structure-compactness and self-scan. In a word, CCD technology is very promising technology.
