摘要
介绍了梅钢铌钛微合金化汽车大梁用热轧板带BM510L的技术要求、合金成分设计、冶炼工艺、轧制工艺,对成品的化学成分、力学性能进行了统计分析,并在不同规格的板卷上取样进行了冷弯试验、金相分析、性能各向异性检验、低温冲击试验和疲劳试验。结果表明,BM510L化学成分和力学性能控制稳定、冷成型性良好、晶粒度在9~11级范围、显微组织为铁素体加少量珠光体、各向力学性能差异较小、有较好的韧性和良好的疲劳性能。经多家用户使用,表明BM510L完全能够满足加工载货车大梁的技术要求。
This paper introduces product design?smelt technique?rolling technique?product quality and application status of BM510L steel produced by Meishan Iron & Steel Group Co.,which is micro-alloyed with Nb and Ti for automobile frames.The chemical composition and mechanical property was analyzed,and cold bending test, metallographic analysis,anisotropy test,low temperature impact test and fatigue test were conducted on different dimension coils. Results indicated that the properties of these products are stable and can completely meet the need of automobile frames.
