摘要
汽车底盘焊接件工作环境恶劣,采用阴极电泳涂装,可大大提高工件的耐腐蚀性。介绍了阴极电泳涂装的工艺流程、工艺参数和控制、工艺管理方法等内容。列举了电泳漆膜典型的质量问题,分析了其产生的原因,并提出了解决对策。
The corrosion resistance of automotive chassis weldment in the severe working condition can be remarkably improved using electrophoretic painting. The process design,parameter control and process management ofelectrophoretic painting were introduced.Some typical problems about paint film quality were presented while the cause was analyzed and the measures were given.
