光量子丹参液治疗脑梗死的疗效观察

Clinical Research of Photons Radix Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection Treatment to Cerebral Infarction

目的 探讨光量子丹参液治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 将 13 4例脑梗死病人随机分为A、B、C 3组 :A组 42例用低分子右旋糖酐、丹参等常规药物治疗 ,B组 45例加用光量子化的葡萄糖液治疗 ,C组 47例用光量子化的丹参葡萄糖液(简称光量子丹参液 )治疗 ,根据脑卒中病人临床神经功能缺损程度评分进行疗效观察。结果 总有效率A组 66.7%、B组 77.8%、C组 89.4% ,C组较A组、B组疗效更显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 光量子丹参液治疗脑梗死较单用光量子液或丹参等治疗的疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the therapeulic effect of photons Radix Salvia Miltiorrhiza injection for cerebral infarction.Methods 134 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into dextran-40 and Radix Salvia Miltiorrhiza treated group(group A,n=42),The photons dextrose injection.treated group(group B,n=45),The photons Radix Savia treated group(group C,n=47).Miltiorrhiza dextrose injection.We evaluated the therapetic effect by the scores of the neurologic impairment.Results The total effective rate was 66.7% in group A,77.8% in group B and 89.9% in group C,respectively.The effective rate was nigiser in group c,The patients of group C had the most evidently than in of group A and group B(P<0.01).Conclusion The photons Radix Salvia Miltiorrhiza injection is effective in patient with cerebral infarction.
